Introduction -- Invision

Hi there!
My name is Invision.
For the past weeks, I've been looking for a decent server, with not too many players, but not too few players either. What I've been looking for, is a stable server, with great community, a growing community etc. etc.

This time, it seems like I found one.
The only issue is that it seems like it's offline still?

I've read alot on the forums, but there's not really a good explanation for the current date.
Back in July, there was posts about downtime etc.
Is this still an issue?

Why is it an issue? What can be done to fix it?
